Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists with Payroll, AR, or AP as needed.
• Assists with managing cash flow
• Process and review AP Vendor Payments with AP department
• Audit and review monthly payables
• Assists with month-end close activities, verifies accuracy of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, un-deposited funds reconciliations & other account reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets schedules & loan/lease amortization schedules
• Manage Vendor Files & 1099 process
• Properly maintain & organize financial records in a “paperless” environment
• Prepares journal entries
• Reconcile and prepare associated business invoices
• Assists with documenting accounting processes and procedures
• Identify cost savings, process deficiencies/inefficiencies and present solutions to management

• Computer literacy w/beginner to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency

Education & Experience

• 2+ years of recent full-charge bookkeeping/accounting experience (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (in progress or Preferred)
• CPA designation (A plus but not required)

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
