The Risk Management product team is building a new generation of Antifraud products that helps merchants and business operators detect, prevent, and eliminate fraud in KYC processes, financial transactions, and in-session/game-play. The product uses advanced machine learning techniques in combination with strong data fusion from geolocation, device, network, and user behavior data to achieve a highly accurate detection rate.
As Product Manager, you will take responsibility for the product from conception to release and collaborate across teams to define product requirements. You will oversee releases, ensuring their quality, and so experience with QA and project management is highly advantageous. At the Senior level , you will lead the hiring and development of your own product team. As an integral part of the Risk Management team, you will have an immediate impact on the bottom line of GeoComply’s newfound business.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead product development for antifraud software that identifies anomalies and fraud patterns and provides continuous monitoring solutions for effective fraud risk management
Define & provide regular product roadmap updates, aligning vision with leadership and key stakeholders (engineering, design, DS, customer support)
Drive feature request discussion & ideation to determine business value and priorities
Create product specifications; review counter engineering design documents, and lead the execution with cross-team support
Define product success metrics, and monitor and optimize for future iterations
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build a plan to grow and scale the product through high-velocity experimentation, heuristics/ML models
Collaborate with data scientists to analyze data to identify fraud trends and drive improvements
About You
3+ years of experience delivering successful products, in engineering or product management role: you’re extremely proud of what you’ve accomplished
Stellar technical depth and product instincts: have engineering background/experience, able to make product/tech trade-offs
Customer obsession: you are passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience, have design thinking and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products
Data-driven: you use data to inform strategic decision making
Technical skills: ability to inform and evaluate engineering decisions
Stakeholder management: able to effectively manage stakeholders and integration partners
Bias for action: you don’t hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on
Great presentation and interpersonal skills
