The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with leaders throughout the organisation to oversee and provide guidance, expertise and support in relation to recruitment of current and upcoming business needs.
They will show high candidate interest and care, assisting attract talent to genU and foster a positive reputation in the marketplace.
This is a varied role that mixes the opportunity for strategic thinking and hands on candidate attraction. Suitable to someone with 10+ years of Recruitment, Attraction and Retention experience gained in diverse and distributed businesses, ready to take the next step in their career.
