Due to growth we are enhancing the way we support the wider business, adding new roles and introducing additional support & services, so we’re hiring!
Our Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner with leaders throughout their portfolio to oversee and provide guidance, expertise, and support in relation to recruitment of current and upcoming business needs.
They will show high candidate interest and care, assisting attract talent to genU and foster a positive reputation in the marketplace.
This is a varied role that mixes the opportunity to partner with varied businesses and deliver end-to-end recruitment. Suitable to someone with 2+ years of Recruitment, Attraction and Retention experience gained in either internal or agency environments, ready to take the next step in their career.
Our Support Hub is located in Geelong with an opportunity to also enjoy workplace flexibility.
