The Opportunity: –
Gentrack are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner
The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to work with the People Experience (PX) Manager and partner with the business to shape the growing organisation in line with the global values and culture. The People Team is about talent attraction and development, career mobility and opportunity, great communications, pride, and recognition and finally being transparent but fair while holding true to the high bar on talent.
The Specifics: –
You will be responsible for defining and delivering on a Resourcing strategy – including key growth sprints as well as responding and coordinating roles as a result of turnover. You will work with the PX Manager and team to implement the latest tooling and processes required for a world class technology company including Resourcing toolkits and Talent Acquisition strategies in line with the market and project.
The growth of the organisation is a key strategic area of focus. The pace of which, in a high talent market, places demands on the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role would suit a highly driven, resilient confident person who enjoys autonomy, ownership and is an expert in their field.
The role is an end to end one, working alongside the PX Advisor to ensure alignment with the business needs – we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude as well as an ability to handle high volume coordination is a must.
You will have the full support of the CPO, PX Manager and Business lead to drive your local vision in line with the group goals and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:
To act as the strong Talent Acquisition partner and deliver these specifics you will need comparable experience, ideally within high growth / start up industries. Technology expertise and high-volume recruitment experience is a must.
