About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team on an interim basis in the role of HR Advisor. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting and advising on the delivery of performance, grievance and sickness reviews including the preparation of case documentation for colleagues, managers and partner agencies. You will advise and participate in recruitment ensuring the resourcing plan is executed to attract, select and place the best, diverse talent. You will be required to provide sound generalist HR advice and guidance, always ensuring employment legislation is balanced alongside a business focussed approach.

What we are looking for:
As this is a challenging and varied role, we are looking for a proactive generalist HR Advisor experienced in delivering advice and guidance in all aspects of employee relations in a fast paced environment. You will have up to date knowledge of employment law, be a decisive thinker who uses sound judgement in advising the business across the full range of HR disciplines. The successful candidate will have strong practical experience and knowledge of HR processes and procedures and use these to build the confidence and capability of managers through coaching.
