Overview
We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This position will directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management and is responsible for contributing to the company’s success through the implementation and sustainment of strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain our talent.

• Assist in the identification and tracking of measurements to determine overall effectiveness and financial impact of the talent management and DEI&B strategies and initiatives
• Facilitate information sessions and train-the-trainer programs as necessary to support talent management and DEI&B processes and programs
• Design and develop training tools, resources, and communications for talent management and DEI&B initiatives that enable leaders to assess talent capability, align to business objectives, and drive engagement, inclusion, equity, and retention of talent

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, DEI&B, Communications, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 10% and sometimes work outside regular business hours to support programs and events
• Experience with HR information systems, learning management systems, and talent management software is preferred
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (HR, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field)
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Hospice experience is a plus
