Gentis Solutions Hiring for Senior Technical Account Manager/Recruiter Full Time

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Recruiting and/or Sales role in a Staffing Agency ideally focused in Information Technology and/or Engineering domains. Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior history in Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiting and/or Account Development and Management
  • Experience with the Information Technology or Engineering domain
  • Experience with Direct, Contract, and/or Contract-to-Hire engagements
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar CRM systems
  • A strong desire for personal growth/achievement
  • Outgoing personality, friendly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills

Beneficial Experience

  • Experience sourcing, recruiting, and selling to large enterprises
  • Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google for Business, Hangouts, MS Teams
  • Any prior Leadership experience is beneficial
