Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader, the TA team and the wider HR Team as we continue to grow our European Offices.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for whole lifecycle employee administration, from offer letter through to start day.
- Assist the TA Lead and TA Coordinator to work open Technical & Business Support roles
- Coordinate the new employee orientation process including paperwork, benefits packet, internal notifications, orientation schedule, delivering first day orientations and acting as orientation backup.
- Maintain HR Databases, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
- Maintain an effective system of employee and new starter feedback
- Assist the TA Coordinator and the TA Administrator with Administration tasks i.e posting job advertisements, onboarding new employees, sourcing for new candidates
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a fast-paced Recruitment team
- Experience recruiting within the Architecture, Construction or Design sector
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Strong initiative and solid judgement abilities/skills
- Self-motivator with strong organisational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
- A good understanding of data and ability to manipulate and produce reports
- Attention to detail, calm under pressure and great ability to prioritise
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to handle large volumes of sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential. Workday, Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
- Experience in an architectural or creative environment advantageous.
