As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with European Regional Human Resources team.
What You Will Do
Responsible for whole lifecycle employee administration, from offer letter through to leavers letters and all ‘in employment’ changes i.e. transfers, changes in working hours, maternity etc.
Coordinate the new employee orientation process including paperwork, benefits packet, internal notifications, orientation schedule, delivering first day orientations and acting as orientation backup.
Assist new employees as they join the firm and our culture. Manage onboarding and orientation process throughout the region (in partnership with the local HR BPs).
Maintain HR Databases, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
Manage the HR shared drive/filing system.
Respond to employee queries on all areas of HR, escalating where appropriate.
Make sure all UK policies are up to date and accessible.
Administer the company’s benefits schemes and assist in the annual renewal processes.
Support the HR Business Partner on employee relations issues, working with the HR team and Leadership to ensure situations are resolved sensitively, in a timely fashion and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Provide clear advice and direction for staff on all employment-related matters, building close relationships with the Studio Leaders.
Order employee gifts related to service anniversary dates, new hires, re-hires, life events and illnesses.
Process and track leaves of absence.
Assist the HR Business Partner with maintaining engagement and low attrition in the studios through new initiatives.
Process invoices for approval and payment to vendors.
Update and maintain our online Learning Management System (TalentHub/Saba) ensuring records are kept up to date.
Work collaboratively to streamline and/or automate processes; improve internal client service delivery and improve HR data management.
Support the wellbeing committee with quarterly initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR Management Information reports i.e. sickness, turnover etc.
Assist with HR Projects and additional tasks, supporting the senior HR Leaders as required.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced HR team
HR certification preferred
Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
Self-motivator with strong organisational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
A good understanding of data and ability to manipulate and produce reports
Attention to detail, calm under pressure and great ability to prioritise
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
Ability to handle large volumes of sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential. Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
Experience in an architectural or creative environment advantageous.
