Genmark Automation Hiring for Software Engineer Job at Remote Full Time

We are a leading worldwide developer and manufacturer of tool and fab automation equipment solutions for the semiconductor, flat panel, solar, LED, data storage, and associated industries. This position is in Fremont, CA.

Software Engineer:

· Develop new generation application framework integrating robots, loading ports, and processing modules with semiconductor factory communication standards

· Designs, Codes, Tests, Documents applications following specifications using the appropriate tools

· Maintains and modifies existing applications independently

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of software development and debugging

· Industrial Applications Development

· XML/XSLT/XPath knowledge

· Object-Oriented programming using C# or C++

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Robotics or Industrial Automation background

· Experience with Delphi

· Semiconductor Tools Automation background is preferred

· Hands-on experience with SECS/GEM, SEMI standards, and Interface A is a plus

· Experience with different industrial protocols such as Mod bus CAN bus etc. is desired.

· B.S. Computer Science with 3 years of related experience is preferred
