As the Head of Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the growth of our sales operations on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise individual and team performance.
Establish new sales channels particularly business-to-business (B2B) sales and business-to-institution sales. Nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for product and service enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and ing activities to track performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a similar leadership role.
Extensive experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and sales team management.
Experience in ing to the top level executives and Board members.
Minimum 10 years experiences in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Experience in managing multinational teams located in several different countries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Professional Background in a Publicly Traded Company, preferably one on the New York Stock Exchange.
Proficiency in sales management software and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
