Gen.G is looking for an Education Partnerships Sr. Coordinator to help our education and partnerships team execute core programming deliverables for corporate partners.

The ideal Sr. Coordinator should have an eye for detail and the ability to execute ideated partnership requests. This individual will be expected to communicate directly with existing clients and internal teams to relay needs and requirements in an effective manner.

The ideal candidate is both an esports and gaming enthusiast with an interest in student success programming.

Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Supporting programming for client accounts with a focus on community-building experiences or educational experiences.

• Participating in and documenting discussions with potential clients

• Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information

• Executing & handle operational tasks for events, streams, tournaments, broadcasts, classes, camps, and other related program

• Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, presentations, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.

• Maintain and review account plans for meeting the defined objectives and targets.

• Staying current on Gen.G teams, talent, proficiencies.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or 2-3 years equivalent experience in industry)

• Familiarity with gaming community best practices

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Strong computer skills – Experience with GSuite and Project Management Software

• Proactive, Positive Attitude & Team Player

• Ideally based in Los Angeles metro area*

• Experience with collegiate/youth esports

• Basic graphic design capabilities

• Social Media or Digital Marketing Experience

• Ability to travel for in-person engagements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
