We are hiring within Genflow Creators Agency

We have redefined the market proposition for the world’s best and most exciting content creators. We provide full-service creator management including the deliverance of synergistic brand partnerships and a multi-vertical business infrastructure that supports talent to launch their own global brand. As part of GCA you will work closely with the co-founding partner to ensure business operations are running smoothly and on time for Genflow Creators Agency. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn about the business – this role would be great for anyone who wants to understand how a global creator agency works. What you will do

• Manage the diary of our co-founding partner, this may include internal/external meetings, events, travel, and reservations as needed

• Work alongside the team to ensure project are running smoothly and on time

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals

• Support the delivery of the Partner’s vision

• Inbox management, meeting preparation and following up with relevant stakeholders and parties

• Support with the execution of contracts

• Carry out advanced administrative support and coordination, this may include some personal requests such as appointment booking and gift management

• Ad hoc projects such as research, industry insights, creating presentations

• Has previous experience supporting C-Suite and Senior Stakeholders
