We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent and Capability Coordinator to join the People and Culture team. The Talent and Capability Coordinator is responsible for supporting talent and capability programs and outcomes that support our purpose, values and patient promise. In this role you will ensure that things run smoothly and you will bring an engaging energy to the employee engagement activities and experiences that you will support.

This role sits within the Talent and Capability team and will also see you working closely with the Australian based People and Culture leadership, managing their operational activities and P&C team events.

What You’ll Do

• Be the operational lead for the new starter Onboarding experience.
• Provide administration support for Workday learning through managing the learning inbox requests, content upload, working in collaboration with P&C systems team to ensure ongoing integrity of LMS data and process and managing ongoing campaigns.
• Provide logistical support for the GenesisCare development programs with activities such as being the first point of contact for venues, processing supplier paperwork and payment, organising participant communications and materials plus maintaining project plans.
• Provide administration and logistical support for organisational development activities, for example Talent review and Employee Engagement activities, and Wellbeing initiatives as these arise.
• Liaise and relationship building with various internal and external key stakeholders.
• Lead on P&C team events on behalf of the P&CLT to include booking venues, catering, invitations and other elements of event management.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within an HR/OD/L&D function
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
• Experience working well with colleagues at all organisational levels
• Experience working with external providers to deliver excellent outcomes internally
• Exposure to different methods of learning and development
• Qualification in Human Resources/Organisational Development/Learning & Development preferred
• An energetic, positive and can-do attitude
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
