12 month initial contract with the opportunity to become permanent

The primary purpose of the role is to provide recruitment administrative support for the Australian business. You’ll be working from home 3 days per week with 2 days in the office. Open plan, buzzy, bright and fun offices based at the Grounds of Alexandria with break out areas.

• Scheduling interviews and setting up invitations for candidates and hiring managers
• Psychometric assessment support and admin
• Video interview support and admin
• Reference checks
• Managing and monitoring recruitment inbox and responding to requests
• Processing invoices

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a coordinating, team administrative or PA/EA role
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Demonstrated resilience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in an ever-changing environment with critical deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect well with people at all organisational levels
