About this opportunity:

As the Doctor Talent Acquisition Lead for Australia, you will lead the development and implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill doctor opportunities. This individual is responsible for networking internally and externally to develop a pipeline of talented doctors for the company. In addition, this Doctor TA Lead will have access to and be expected to own fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources (job boards, social media, career web sites, professional organizations, and other possible channels) to source, recruit, interview, qualify and hire doctors to work for GenesisCare.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong and plentiful candidate pipeline through networking, strategic sourcing, job board, and social media utilization.

• Interview and screen candidates against GenesisCare requirements.

• Create a short list of top doctors and present recommendations to the clinical leadership team for interview.

• Utilize and manage applicant tracking programs.

• Contact candidate references.

• Ensure the process for hiring is progressing smoothly by tracking progress of hiring documents, credentialing information, and training materials.

• Maintain positive candidate relationships.

• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects that require detail-orientation.

• Experience negotiating offers and finalizing doctor hiring arrangements with internal partners.

Reporting lines:

As the Doctor Talent Acquisition Lead, you report directly to the Group Physician Talent Acquisition Leader. This role does not have any direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years doctor recruiting experience preferred.

• Sound decision making ability.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Collaborative and enjoys working with team that is distributed globally

• Thoughtful and skilled at working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of doctor Recruiting experience preferred

• Healthcare experience preferred
