An opportunity is now available for an analytical mind to join the consumer experience team as Customer (Patient) Insights Analyst.

This role will be responsible for collecting, analysing and ing on customer (patient) feedback and insights and will support the creation of a data- driven and insights led culture.

Building a ‘customer first’ mindset and helping the leadership team get ‘closer to the customer’ is a core component of the role, as is supporting the organisation on our digital transformation journey.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Draft questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources.
  • Summarise survey results in PPTs.
  • Support the development of a best-in-class Insights and analytical capability and ing within the CX team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Draw upon and integrate all available data sources to build a holistic story of the end-to-end customer(patient) journey, from inquiry stage through to advocacy/repeat customer.
  • Support the development and delivery of high-quality ing via dashboards and/or PPT and excel to advise on customer experience, service performance, sentiment, and brand performance Support the management of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative Insights to support and assess priority initiatives
  • Assist with insights including operational metrics and where possible robust commercially oriented information that enables the team in decision-making and strategic planning.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Solid analytical experience in a commercial environment
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent power point skills
  • Support with writing and content coordination.
  • A collaborative and curious attitude to customer needs
  • Experience analysing siloed information to support strategic decision making across business units.
  • Knowledge to conduct statistical analysis where relevant,
  • Project management experience e.g., content coordination
  • Experience in survey design and delivery beneficial
  • ing and working with CX/marketing to deliver annual s.
  • Experience with dashboards and turning insights into actionable outcomes.
