About the Job
Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, the HR Manager is responsible for the HR function in UK, and satellite offices in Norway and Kazakhstan. You will lead, develop and support a team of 8 staff and together provide proactive HR support to employees and managers across our offices in London (150), Aberdeen (100), Milton Keynes (120), Stavanger (12) and Atyrau (3). You will ensure timely implementation of HR strategies and policies, and develop and drive new HR projects or initiatives. We provide a hybrid working pattern and this position can be based in London or Milton Keynes
Main Accountabilities:
Act as a Strategic Business Partner:
Partner with HR teams, line managers and business leaders to deliver HR processes and projects that support the business goals
Lead change management projects, including the HR related internal and external communication
Keep abreast with market trends in both HR and our Industry, enabling us to proactively manage our HR priorities
Drive High Performance Culture:
Ensure policies and practices are compliant, fair and consistent
Implement talent & organizational design solutions that drive performance
Maintain and introduce competitive compensation & benefit practices that reward for performance
Develop Talent:
Work closely with Corporate and Global Learning Manager to deliver the training programmes that support our business strategy and enhance staff capabilities
Work closely with Corporate and line managers to roll-out the various talent development process and tools, aimed to pro-actively develop diverse talent pipelines (Leadership, Technical, Project Management, Consulting)
Foster a Positive Work environment:
Act as a people advocate and bring HR insight on all people related issues
Champion diversity and inclusion inside and outside of the organization
Drive on-going engagement and well-being initiatives to boost employee moral
Make our Processes Customer Centric
Drive continuous improvement across the function to ensure processes are efficient and transparent to all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with Corporate to implement a variety of projects aimed at streamlining and automating the HR Service function.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements
Bachelor degree in HR Management or related subject
Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proven experience leading an HR function in an international environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Project and Change Management skills
Proactive/committed approach to work with a drive for results
Excellent planning and organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines and in rapidly changing environments
High levels of personal credibility and integrity
Financial and strategic skills
Experience of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to intermediate level
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Oracle HR Database
Energy and/or Consulting industry experience
Certified Coach
