The Role – Genesis Block is looking for a forward-thinking Education Program Coordinator will identify, develop, and deliver educational programs or initiatives in the Genesis Block Entrepreneur Academy. Reporting to the owners, our Education Program Coordinator provides all program coordination including logistics, marketing, quality control, and budget reporting. In addition, they will provide new business development support.

Our new Education Program Coordinator will:

·Provide program organization, maintain requirements, manage selection process and other activities to ensure quality of programs

·Participate in the development, scheduling, and implementation of marketing and enrollment plans

·Serve as the coordinator of the Genesis Block Mentoring Program and its execution

·Assist in coordinating budget preparation, monitor budgets, budget projections, analyze data, and initiate payments related to Genesis Block Entrepreneur Academy programs

·Coordinate the Genesis List and Anza to be a feeder system for the Entrepreneur Academy

·Serve as primary contact for external marketing; oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertising, etc.

·Manage the faculty, staff, entrepreneur training and curriculum development partners

·Coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of entrepreneur academy programs

·Develop and maintain relationships with various external businesses, organizations, schools, etc.; keep these stakeholders informed of programs and address any questions/concerns

·Lead in the efforts to recruit new businesses into the small business pipeline

·Create reports and program documentation

Requirements Include :

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role

• Bachelor’s Degree and or experience equivalent

• Entrepreneurial mindset

Pay: $42,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
