La mission principale du Responsable succès clients consiste à assurer une relation client irréprochable en étant son interlocuteur privilégié. Il tâche de répondre au mieux à ses besoins et s’appuie sur l’expertise des différentes équipes de l’entreprise pour livrer le service en tant que tel.
Il se fait l’avocat du client en le mettant au centre de tout intérêt avec la volonté d’assurer son succès, gage essentiel pour le fidéliser à long-terme. Il intègre, dans son plan d’action, les outils technologiques, commerciaux et marketing et tout autre levier nécessaire pour atteindre ses objectifs. Il est amené aussi à travailler en étroite relation avec les différents départements pour coordonner son plan d’action au service du client et mobiliser les ressources nécessaires.
Le Responsable succès clients veille à développer le portefeuille clients en s’assurant que la solution corresponde parfaitement aux attentes.
À cette fin, il regroupe et actualise toutes les informations sur le client (besoins, exigences, contraintes de calendrier et de budget, décideurs…), analyse toutes les interactions qui ont eu lieu avec lui et mobilise ses collaborateurs dans une démarche active afin d’apporter de nouveaux services susceptibles d’augmenter la rentabilité du client.
Cette démarche engage le client dans une relation de services dans laquelle il participe à l’amélioration des solutions souscrites. Elle vise aussi à rendre la relation la plus durable possible.
Son rôle se situe donc après la vente, et consiste à assurer une utilisation optimale du service dans une optique de fidélisation. Il/elle devient l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, alimentant ainsi une relation clients de qualité.

The Customer Success Manager main mission is to ensure an irreproachable customer relationship by being the customer’s privileged interlocutor. He tries to meet his needs as best as possible and relies on the expertise of the company’s various teams to deliver the service itself.
He is the client’s advocate, putting him at the center of all interests with the desire to ensure his success, which is essential for building long-term loyalty. He integrates, in his action plan, technological, commercial and marketing tools and any other lever necessary to achieve his objectives. He/she is also required to work closely with the various departments to coordinate his/her action plan to serve the customer and mobilize the necessary resources.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing the customer portfolio by ensuring that the solution perfectly matches expectations.
To this end, he/she gathers and updates all information on the customer (needs, requirements, schedule and budget constraints, decision-makers, etc.), analyzes all interactions that have taken place with him/her and mobilizes his/her collaborators in an active approach in order to provide new services that can increase the customer’s profitability.
This approach engages the customer in a service relationship in which he participates in improving the solutions subscribed to. It also aims to make the relationship as long-lasting as possible.
His/her role is therefore after the sale, and consists in ensuring optimal use of the service with a view to building loyalty. He/she becomes the privileged interlocutor of the customers, thus feeding a quality customer relationship.
