In this Customer Service Associate role, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach and sales initiatives, driving our mission to create lasting connections and support meaningful causes through engaging fundraising events.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate empathetic awareness through education and understanding to better connect with our community
• Articulate the inspiring stories of our charitable partners in a professional and meaningful manner, fostering a deeper connection with our audience
• Distribute brochures and flyers to help educate our local communities, spreading our important message and promoting awareness
• Forge enduring relationships with community members, aiming to establish trust and comfort while leaving a lasting positive impression
• Collaborate closely and strategize effective approaches to enhance community awareness about our anti-bullying initiatives
• Welcome and meticulously document community donations to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Actively participate in meetings and virtual conferences to stay updated on client charity events and initiatives aimed at raising brand awareness
• Engage directly with consumers to present our cause and convey the significant impact our anti-bullying efforts can have on someone’s life

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (preferably in Marketing / Business / or related field)
• Passion for people and ending bullying nationwide!
• Drive and motivation to make a lasting difference in someone’s life
• LOVE for going above and beyond the status quo
• Warm and empathetic demeanor
• Background volunteering or engaging with the community to make a positive difference
• Desire to eliminate bullying, spread awareness, and support one another
• Confident, strong-willed, and charismatic
