We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and acquiring top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. You will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending job offers. This entry-level position is ideal for an undergraduate seeking hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to actively source and attract potential candidates for open positions.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and team members involved in the selection process.
Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests to measure candidate competencies and job fit.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the organization’s employer brand through job postings, social media engagement, and participation in recruitment events.
Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, including negotiating compensation packages when necessary.
Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for all new employees.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate candidate tracking and documentation.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and external stakeholders.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay: $48,680.00 – $55,560.00 per year
