WHAT YOU WILL DO
Subject matter expert for elements ofGlobalWorkplace Safety System
Participate in Safety Observation Tours & Layered Audit process – track findings
Prepare and analyze data to support Business Plan Deployment for all metrics (SPRQCE) and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to support the Departmental GL’s and Leadership
Annual budget preparation-Prepare annual budgets, attend, and support Cost Council meetings and initiatives,prepare for, attend, and report out monthly forecasting results
Track hours worked to achieve Hours Per Vehicle targets
Vacation schedule maintenance& salary payroll process
Coordinate and support hourly people movement
Plan for Change Lead(productivity improvements, station re-arrangements, product changes, Model Year changes, PCP/TEB updates, PFMEA management
Perform general duties as requested by Shift Leader/Area Manager
Schedule and prepare for Team Leadermeetings
Oversee service contracts from key suppliers
Support General Motors Global Manufacturing System (GMS)
Support plant floor operations
Support functional leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.)
Execute the portfolio/business planning process
Manage and plan assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects
Develop and maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing)
Analyze execution of functional initiatives versus the functional business plan
Execute the functional competitive assessment process
Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group
Handle a variety of special assignments
Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
