Responsibilities:
Single point contact for testing and test automation of new generation Active Safety & Automated Driving controllers
Collaborate globally with technical leaders in HIL & SIL simulation to implement a holistic test & simulation solution
Lead the development of the feature integration and performance testing strategy for Active Safety and Automated Driving features
Actively manage/oversee the testing & delivery of integrated hardware, software & calibration for development, production, and service
Architect the development of a robust test automation framework
Actively manage/oversee the development of test frameworks and protocols for validating hardware and software integration
Identify competitive advantages with input from customers, partners, suppliers, etc., and incorporates insights into our testing & test automation strategy
Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery
Travel requirements of 2 to 4 weeks a year are typical, primarily to US and Israel

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer/Electrical/Embedded Systems/Electronics Engineering or equivalent field
10+ years’ experience in embeddedcontrol system integration andtesting in a HIL or SIL environment
3+ years’ experience leading a team on the creation and implementation of test automation within a CI/CD development framework, preferably with Jenkins
Extensive experience taking requirements and translating them into comprehensive feature and performance testing plans
Experience leading the testing of a product from product conception through to release to customers
Extensive experience withtest software such asCANoe, Vehicle Spy,INCA, ControlDesk, and Applied Intuition
Understanding of major automotive vehicle systems such as Active Safety & Automated Driving, Motion Control, Automotive Network, and Powertrain
Creative, disciplined, strong sense of responsibility, delivery,and schedule commitment
Demonstrated technical leadership and planning skills with evidence of independent decision making
Comfortable with and demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of ambiguity
Must work effectively with others in group situations and to instruct others in complex engineering or computer science techniques
Exceptional written and verbal communication & presentation skills
Must be legally allowed to work in Canada and be able to travel to the US& Israel
Must have a valid Canadian driver’s license
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with POSIX-oriented OS such as Linux or QNX
Knowledge of serial data communications (Ethernet (preferred), CAN, LIN)
Exposure to the Adaptive AUTOSAR service-based vehicle platform
Experience with Unit Test tools e.g. (CppUTest, Google Testetc) and respectiveJenkinsplugins
Experience withAgile/SAFemethodologies
