* Accounts payable/receivable
* Monthly Profit & Loss Statements completed by the 10th day of the following month
* Bank account reconciliation
* Data entry of internal costs and credit card charges
* Run payroll (bi-monthly)
* Track of sick/PTO
* Ordering office supplies
* Year end 1099 reporting
* Quarterly tax reporting
* B&O taxes, daily deposits, etc.
* Excise tax payments
* Organize all paid bills and completed documents
* Keep office and work area clean and tidy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
