The Talent Coordinator reports to the Head of Talent and works closely with all teams to recruit the best talent for our business.

As a Talent Coordinator you’ll be working on things like

• Writing job adverts based on full briefs from managers and posting using our ATS
• Reviewing applicant CVs and shortlisting the best candidates
• Conducting screening calls with candidates
• Generating offer letters, contracts and other administrative duties
• Scheduling candidate interviews and onboarding sessions for new starters
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)

The perfect individual for this unique role will have

• Some work experience in a similar role (talent, recruitment, sales, administration)
• The confidence and desire to be customer facing (speaking directly with candidates)
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Initiative – heaps of it
• A results orientated mindset
