Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, GEM Mobile Health provides our clients with exemplary service, cost-efficient solutions, and the gold standard in patient care.

What you will do:

• Manage a consistent pipeline of potential hires through company ATS, partnerships with local EMT volunteer organizations.
• Create advertising campaigns, participate in career fairs, and other outreach to promote the company’s career opportunities and use every available medium to attract candidates to GEM Health.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to create signage and brochures for events as well as create social media campaigns to attract candidates.
• Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives; develops, cultivates, and manages relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise.
• Plans, coordinates, and participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary.
• Seek out, interview and screen applicants to fill existing openings while maintaining current knowledge of our industry and Company hiring criteria, as well as maintaining and promoting Company’s culture.
• Interview, gather and analyze information skillfully to obtain complete application and pre-qualify applicants.

• Experience in recruiting EMS or Driver’s in the Trucking/Logistics Industry a big plus
• Adept at placing ads on Indeed, Zip Recruiter and creative venues
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to prioritize and manage time well
