We are currently looking for a Shipper-Receiver for our facility located in Brampton. The Shipper-Receiver works closely with our Production Supervisor for shipping and receiving merchandises. He is a dedicated team player who takes cake of the coordination in the warehouse. He collaborates with the production and administration department to provide a high level of service to the customers.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with possibility of overtime

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary files and documentation related to the shipment and receipt of materials with basic computer skills
• Operate forklift of pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods to and from warehousing areas
• Operate forklift to outbound or inbound transportation vehicles
• Store raw materials and finished product in appropriate warehouse area
• House keeping
• Operate counterbalance and reach trucks
• Verify identification and quality of product and load shipments
• Match shipping documents to orders shipped
• Perform other related work as required
• Observe and report any security issues to the manager
• Run a full inventory every 3 months and a full inventory at the end of the year

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma
• Warehouse experience
• Relevant work experience in manufacturing – Shipping/Receiving: 1 year minimum
• Basic computer skills (Office suite)
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Willing to work overtime if required
• Sense of organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $21.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
