We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with ideally experience in the accounting / tax and / or business management space to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location : This position can be based out of Century City or Encino (CA) on a hybrid basis.

Overview of Role : The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for the firm.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee recruiting activity, employment offers, and onboarding
• Advertise job openings on careers page, job boards, and social media networks (e.g. Linkedin)
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools to proactively source candidates
• Act as main point of contact for candidate, up to and including their first day
• Review resumes for initial fit in accordance with job description and required education / experience
• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews
• Coordinate with managers and partners regarding interview scheduling
• Prepare employment offers for approval; deliver offers upon approval
• Maintain accuracy of ATS data and notes
• Maintain detailed records of open and closed requisitions and pipeline, and provide updates to hiring managers, HR team, and Managing Directors
• Develop, run, and analyze various s and compile data into presentations
• Collaborate with Senior Talent Engagement Specialist on recruiting events and company recognition
• Liaise with external agencies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to develop candidate assessment tools
• Collaborate with Career & Learning Development Manager to provide interview coaching to hiring managers when necessary
• Other projects and duties as assigned

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :

• 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably for hybrid- or office-based roles in the states of California, New York, Tennessee, and others
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Comfort with using Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases; experience with JazzHR, Trello and / or ADP a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and consultative skills
• Comfort communicating with all levels of the organization
• Ability to build instant rapport and maintain strict confidentiality
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and candidates
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Dedication to creating a positive candidate experience

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education / training / credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations.

The expected base compensation hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
