Full Charge Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant with thorough knowledge of debits and credits, journal entries, depreciation, bank reconciliations, AR, AP, detailed posting to commercial and residential property accounts. Payroll experience. Real estate lease CAM charge knowledge a plus but not mandatory. Minimum 10 years experience with bookkeeping and accounting theory. Accounting test will be administered. Minimum 5 years experience using QB Pro.
Anywhere between 12 and 20 hours a week depending on workload. Three part time days a week in office. No remote work. Office is located walking distance to the Barlow in Sebastopol. Office is shared with owner/operator of a local finish shop.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
