Gearset’s growing fast!
We’re on a mission to continue scaling and growing all across the business and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer team to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans.
As Gearset’s Talent Sourcer, you’ll focus on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of technical candidates using multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, boolean keyword searching and networking to identify top talent for Gearset.
