We’re on a mission to continue scaling and growing all across the business and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer team to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans.

As Gearset’s Talent Sourcer, you’ll focus on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of technical candidates using multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, boolean keyword searching and networking to identify top talent for Gearset.

Working at Gearset, you will:

• Source potential and passive technical candidates through direct channels, social media, sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building
• Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
• Market mapping talent hubs across the UK
• Develop pipelines of talent for key roles and future hiring needs

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong research and candidate generation skills
• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills
