Electrically biased  – Senior MEICA Site Manager required for a leading their 1 water contractor, to work on the Thames Water AMP 7 framework.

Particularly with this role you would be part of a core MEICA-biased team that concentrates its efforts on specialist electrical large-scale projects. The MEICA team leads the projects with these particular schemes.

£55,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Package

Duties

• Program reporting and adjustments, as well as managing electrical site managers. 
• RAMS and overseeing construction of electrical services installs
• Monitoring and periodic review of project commercial performance (with commercial colleagues)
• Tasking, productivity, and standards compliance
• Project design liaison, review, and updating (with designers)
• Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Management and monitoring of approved specialist sub-contractors and wider supply chain partners
• Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over Candidate Description
• Will have an engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications

Water industry project experience preferred but heavy engineering electrical construction will be considered. 

• Previous demonstrable experience in a similar MEICA or electrical role

• MEICA/civil works multi-disciplined interfacing

• Computer literate, particularly with MS Office applications is essential

• CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely

• Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements

• Hold a valid full UK driving license

• Eligible to work in the UK
