Job Title: Executive Recruitment Consultant (Graduate, entry level)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Onsite)

Salary: base salary + uncapped commission pay + healthcare

We have an exciting opportunity for recent university graduates based in Fort Lauderdale, Miami.

G&E are an established European based group of executive search and consulting organisations, operating on an international scale. We offer a variety of solutions that accelerate careers and enable our clients to attract, secure and retain best-in class executive talent from senior management to C-suite level positions.

To support our strategic growth plans, we are looking to expand with a new office in Florida, US. We are seeking to hire 4-6 ambitious graduates this upcoming August 2023, to drive this growth and strengthen the groups global position.

Responsibilities – 360 recruitment process

• Headhunt candidates – identify and screen potential candidates to understand their aspirations, accomplishments, and requirements.
• Building and managing diverse talent pipelines.
• Business development with new and existing global clients.
• Pitch for retained business.
• Present short-listed candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Negotiation and execute end to end recruitment process.
• Contract and payment negotiations.
• Offering regular market intelligence to senior stakeholders.

Requirements – no prior experience needed

We have a dedicated Training Academy led by our specialist Learning & Development team which enables us to hire determined individuals and develop them to be able to hold high level consultative conversations with global leaders.

You will receive ongoing training throughout the role, including 1 month’s training in the UK, fully expensed.
