Over your 12 month internship you’ll work in a Commercial Finance business environment gaining invaluable skills and experience. You will be guided by structured goals & objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects. We will support you throughout the year to ensure you make the best of your GE experience. Your manager will offer coaching and mentoring, and the Company will provide the opportunity to connect with other interns across the UK. This role also gives a chance to showcase your projects/work to business leaders.

Job Description

Fixed-Term Contract: 12 Months
Office-Based in Chalfont St. Giles UK
Target Start Date: November 2022

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis for Income Statement – Estimations/Forecasts, Annual Budget, short- and long-Term Strategy

• Past due collection and dispute resolution -working alongside the sales and customer services team’s

Qualifications and Experience

• Studies (3rd level and up) or having Degree in finance, accounting or any business related

• With strong analytical ability: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers

• Able to work independently and proactively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Excel & MS PowerPoint specifically

• Eligible to work in UK

Desirable skills

• The ability to work unsupervised and act on own initiative

• Candidate should be pro-active, curious and willing to learn

• A good level of English and a valid Work Permit
