Job Description
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the organization’s strategy and execution of its IT related assets and processes. The IT Manager supports the implementation of computer systems to fulfill the organization’s information systems requirements, including but not limited to hardware, software, networking, cabling, database architecture, and ERP design and utilization. The position is responsible for peripheral equipment, networks, communications equipment, and providing support for users’ software and hardware needs.

Supervisory Responsibility
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to15 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
