Your Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer to manage the accounts payable function from end to end. This role will also support the Finance team with performing reconciliations and other general accounting duties.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Processing of supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Accurate data input of payment details including general ledger and GST coding
• Monitoring the accounts payable email inbox and actioning as required
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payments
• Processing of company credit card transactions and reimbursements
• Preparation of reconciliations
• Assist and support the Finance team as requested

Your Profile

Key selection criteria include:

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Sound ability to think analytically and problem solve
• Effective organisational, planning and multitasking skills
• Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to use MS suite proficiently, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn new software applications / systems
• Previous AP experience in Financial Services desirable
