By us working together with Service stations we help them ensure they have the fuel to help people like you travel to places like work, maybe a vacation, take kids to sporting events, pick up groceries or anywhere else vehicles or your dreams may take you. That’s a huge responsibility and we execute it by provide excellent reliable customer service. There is nothing worse than showing up to a service station with a low fuel light on just to find out of their out gas…..someone made an oops. That’s why we work hard to ensure that does not happen.

We also work closely with your local Farmers in assisting them with their fuel needs. This allows them to operate that equipment long hours working hard to support Canadians and other Countries with desperately needed Food supplies for our ever-growing world population.

And that’s not all we do, we also work closely with the railways, airports/aircraft, construction companies and much much more.

Job description

We currently are Hiring Dispatchers in Calgary AB

Some of the duties you will perform while working as a Dispatcher

· Plan and dispatcher Drivers/Loads to locations in an effective, efficient manner resulting in maximum Performance and cost control.

· Plan the Load pattern on trailers in accordance with policy and regulations

· Work Closely with Customers on a daily bases to ensure the highest level of customer service

· Manage Employees, and address safety concerns driver/customers may have.

· Effectively work closely with mechanical Dept

· Help trouble shoot any issues and escalate issues that may arise in the field.

· Help us make an impact and create the ultimate dispatcher experience.

What we ask you bring to the table for this position.

· A Positive, think outside the box type attitude maybe with dash of I can conquer the world momentum.

· At least 6 months experience working as a dispatcher or similar type job.

· Preferably have knowledge and experience working with and transportation of fuels.

· Knowledge/Experience working with tractor trailers.

· Skilled with computers, programs like excel, GPS tracking systems, Word, Internet.

· Must have Valid Driver’s License Class 5 will do but preferably class 1/3

· Must be willing to handle those long days when they occur.

· A passion for safety

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
