GAZMAN Hiring for Ecommerce Manager at Malvern, Victoria, Australia Full Time

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a digital savvy and commercially minded eCommerce Manager to kick some serious goals with us! Now part of Austin Group’s portfolio of iconic Australian owned fashion brands, GAZMAN has big growth plans in the digital space.

Based at the Support Office in Malvern and ing to the Group eCommerce Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and trade across all of GAZMAN’s online sales channels. Working collaboratively across the eCommerce and brand teams, you will play an active role in the implementation of eCommerce and digital initiatives to drive conversion and deliver a seamless online experience. Our hands-on eCommerce Manager will add significant value through:

• End-to-end ownership and management of the website to ensure online sales targets are met.
• Ownership of product data and enrichment across all online sales channels and ensure products are launched in line with delivery schedules.
• Execute website campaigns and promotions in collaboration with the Marketing and Design teams in line with the promotional calendar.
• Responsible for onsite visual merchandising to drive an uplift in conversion rates.
• Seek out opportunities for continuous improvements and execute onsite optimisation of the customer experience that will drive ROI.
• Support the Retail Operations and Online Fulfilment teams to ensure orders are fulfilled, dispatched and returned in line with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and provide support in executing a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including EDMS, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the website is set up for success from photography to inventory and dispatch.
• Present s to key stakeholders to demonstrate performance of digital marketing campaigns, online sales, and other ecommerce initiatives.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes all things eCommerce and digital; someone who can take full ownership of all online sales channels to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance. You’re a curious critical thinker with a love for problem solving. You are self-motivated and appreciates the journey but is outcome focussed. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and influence decisions across functions. You’re commercially savvy and committed to driving sales primarily online as well as across the entire business.

You will have:

• Demonstrated success in an eCommerce Manager role, ideally with a minimum of three years’ experience, within the retail industry or at a digital agency; or have had several years’ experience as an eCommerce Coordinator and ready for the next step.
• Sound experience across all relevant technology platforms ranging from eCommerce platforms and content management systems to ERPs, integrations with ERPs, CRM platforms and Email Marketing platforms.
• Strong practical experience with Google Analytics.
• Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social and Affiliate marketing.
• Sound understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing best practices.
• A methodical and structured approach to work with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Critical thinking skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proven ability to take ownership, and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven nature of the industry.
