GAZMAN Hiring for Campaign Coordinator at Malvern, Victoria, Australia Full Time

The Role

Based in our Support Office in Malvern East, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

As the Campaign Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our campaigns to life across all channels, including but not limited to catalogues, online, digital marketing, social, windows, print, radio, outdoor and TV advertising. You will be the conduit between product, design, merchandise and marketing, ensuring the right products are presented in the right way at the right time.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop seasonal content calendar ensuring brand messages are represented
• Brief and quote catalogue production
• Coordination of Campaign / eComm Photography shoots
• Liaise with the Senior Designer on creative concept/models/location
• Liaise with, book and brief suppliers, agencies and talent as required
• Coordinate model fittings, file, and share images for review
• Coordinate and communicate shoot dates
• Develop and manage asset production timelines
• Prepare content seasonal production proposal for approval
• Ensure outfits are prepared to brief by the Product team
• Prepare shoot-brief with requirements
• Coordinate production logistics, including travel, accommodation, catering and schedules
• Manage asset’s critical path and traffic through stages (Inc catalogue)

You will have:

• A marketing degree or related qualifications
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, with all team members at all levels, suppliers and agencies
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work well under pressure, show resilience and be flexible
• A detailed and focused approach to work, be highly organised and a self-starter
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment
