Are you an experienced recruiter from an in house or agency background, interested in joining our diverse HR team in the role of Recruitment Business Partner with a view to Growing with Gatwick?
What is the role?
As the Recruitment Business Partner for corporate functions, to include Commercial, Finance, HR you will be the SME; proactively sourcing high quality talent across specialist functions to support hiring managers as we continue to grow.
The Recruitment Business Partner will work closely with the HRBP to effectively identify the most appropriate route to market, creating a diverse candidate shortlist, and liaising with candidates. You will know how to deliver a best in class solution that enables candidates to understand the reality of a career at Gatwick whilst enabling managers to select the best talent for their roles.
What you’ll be doing
Proactively sourcing candidates for approved vacancies, using LinkedIn, networking, direct advertising, and head hunting to control costs and identify a diverse shortlist
Proactively engage with managers to identify the most appropriate candidate attraction and sourcing methods.
Stakeholder management of specific departments ensuring they are informed and updated from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
Responsible for uploading all vacancies onto the recruitment system in a timely manner. Ensuring external adverts support the employer brand and all recruitment processes comply with current legislation
Support the Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver the appropriate strategies that promote Gatwick Airport Ltd as an employer of choice.

Deliver the administration of psychometric tools
Attract and engage a diverse candidate slate regardless of function
Are tenacious, adopt a driven approach to delivering the best possible shortlist
Influence managers and candidates to understand the best approach
Have experience of using Recruitment systems (ideally eArcu) and LinkedIn Recruiter
