Position Summary

Perform day-to-day nursing administrative duties such as; order entry, coordination and scheduling of patient transportation, ordering of supplies, and assistance with medical record needs of the unit and campus in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; and current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the campus and as directed by the supervisor by performing the following duties.

In this role you will:

• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Assist to coordinate services such as lab scheduling, transportation, and related services.
• Maintain campus databases and schedules as delegated.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Successful completion of state approved Nurses Assistant and Medication Aide course and certified by the State DHHS.
• Experience in Long Term or Acute Care preferred, but not required.
• Valid and current CPR certification.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
