Gateway Network Governance Body Ltd Hiring for Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are a small agile NFP working within the Superannuation sector. Looking for a self motivated marketing guru to assist us with stakeholder engagement and communications. This role is being offered as a part time 2 days per week equivalent however hours can be flexible for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for supporting the marketing and brand administration objectives of GNGB including, but not limited to:

·       Further development and maintenance of the stakeholder engagement plan including working with internal teams to update activity to targets and measure outcomes;

·       Content creation for stakeholder communications including monthly newsletter, linkedin page (weekly posts) and website;

·       Bi-monthly ing on engagement statistics;

·       Brand administration

·       Support for member events and engagement opportunities

·       Development of internal marketing and communications material as require, including the write up of industry forums and guest speaker presentations

·       Liaison with external service provider for PR/Media opportunities and possible media monitoring

Qualifications

·       experience in a similar role and/or nearing the end of tertiary education in this area

·       superior written communication skills

·       effective and consultative communication skills across all levels of stakeholders

·       proficient in wordpress and mailchimp (or an appetite to learn quickly!)
