Gateway Group Hiring for Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager at Newport Beach, CA Full Time

Position Overview

As the leader of digital and social media within Gateway PR, you’ll partner with our clients to understand who they are and share their value to the world through digital media programs.

You’ll build end-to-end social media campaigns (organic and paid), acting as an in-house resource alongside the Gateway PR team. Beginning with strategic planning and following through to daily execution, your work will build and maintain enduring connections between our clients and their audiences.

The ideal candidate is business and media savvy, excited to build within a fast-growing firm. We are looking for someone who is both a self-starter and a team player – motivated to deliver results but also able to work effectively with colleagues.

This is a hybrid (remote/in-office) position based in Newport Beach, California.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain best in class digital media plans for Gateway and Gateway’s clients with a focus on audience growth.
• Build social strategies across prominent B2B social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube with potential support across Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage and optimize the company’s digital marketing communication channels.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website traffic and rankings on search engines like Google, Bing, etc.
• Plan and execute paid promotions, perform A/B testing, and make continuous improvements.
• Build content strategy and content calendars that support overall brand goals.
• Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging social media technologies.
• Draft copy and visual content, partnering with Gateway’s in-house designer on asset development.
• Community management: Engage with followers and potential audiences across channels as needed.
• Manage social media ing, identifying key metrics, goals, forecasts and actions.
• Proactively communicate with managers and team members regarding successes and challenges in meeting goals, deadlines, and duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in Social Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in campaign development and execution and building audiences for new brands.
• Understanding of/experience in any of the following areas: B2B, Tech, Finance

Salary Range (DOE): $95,000-$140,000.
