Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Desk functions, including Front Desk, Reservations, Bell Staff, Casita Concierge, Night Audit and Housekeeping, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Essential requirements:
Full time salaried position – $80,000-$85,000/year
