Due to our strong global growth, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a vital role in scaling our international teams and driving company-wide recruitment strategy.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full cycle recruitment processes, across all areas of the business. You will proactively seek opportunities to attract outstanding candidates and build an extensive talent pipeline to ensure our longer term recruitment targets are met, in line with our hiring roadmap.
Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK / Europe.
In this role you will:
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to develop role descriptions and evaluate the skills needed in each team
Review applications, conduct screening interviews and manage all stages of the recruitment process
Ensure the highest standards of candidate experience are met at all times
Provide input into the creation of candidate assessments
Use tools such as LinkedIn to source candidate profiles and build a strong talent pipeline, continuously building your network to help us stay ahead of our hiring needs
Reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to help attract the best talent to our growing teams
Manage job boards and the content on Gatekeeper’s career page
Identify and introduce improvements to Gatekeeper’s recruitment processes
Evaluate the progress of our recruitment processes and provide metrics reporting to the Leadership team
Help develop Gatekeeper’s employer brand to attract future Gatekeeper A Players
Requirements
A minimum of two years’ full lifecycle recruitment experience
Demonstrable experience of successfully headhunting candidates via LinkedIn etc
A passion for delivering the best possible candidate experience and continuously improving each stage of candidate journey
Empathetic with strong people skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Highly analytical with attention to detail
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes at a time
Experience in recruiting for technical roles would be an advantage
