We are expanding AGAIN and looking for the next top candidate to join our awarding winning team!

We are one of Seattle’s top award-winning Design/Build Residential Remodelers and we need a dedicated Human Resources professional to help support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

· Recruiting for all positions in the company (placing ads, screening resumes, setting up interviewing and assisting in writing offer letters)

· New hires (including running orientation & processing all necessary hiring paperwork)

· Job Descriptions (updating and creating new ones as needed)

· Employee Handbook (Keep updated annually per local & federal laws and per company needs)

· Benefits Enrollment (including annual renewal)

· Ordering all uniforms

· Workers compensation claims (process & manage light duty program)

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years experience in Human Resources role

· Recruiting experience

· Working knowledge of Washington State& Federal employment law

· Experience with Labor & Industries claims

· Have the ability to work independently and to hold yourself accountable for results and performance. Must have enthusiasm and willingness to grow with the company

· Must be able to commute on a daily basis to Seattle, Washington.

Pay: $62,000 – $76,000 per year
