Overview of the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Garrison you will take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment across the entire business, with specific responsibility for internships in addition. You will guide both directly sourced and agency candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring that they have an excellent candidate experience regardless of interview outcome.
You will enjoy connecting and collaborating with people both within the business and externally, selling opportunities to talented individuals whilst ensuring hiring manager satisfaction with every new hire. You will have a personable but firm phone manner, strong attention to detail and an enthusiasm and work ethic.
