This call center position typically works from 8 AM – 4 PM, but there is some flexibility. Plus, this position gets to work from home 1 day per week!
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for answering phones, booking jobs, and managing customer relations. You’re the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You play a key role in keeping our customers happy and satisfied, helping to build long-lasting relationships between them and our company.
