Make your mark as an Administrator at Gardline!*
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our busy IT department on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a proactive and comprehensive support service to the business and the IT Department.
This role is office based in Great Yarmouth and applicants must possess a UK passport or valid right to work in the UK documentation.

Qualifications*
Your responsibilities include: *

• Coordinating and managing queries into the IT Team via our shared inbox
• Collating and maintaining documents and data using our work systems and files
• Support the coordination and production of data as part of regular IT and projects reporting
• Raise POs and manage invoices on behalf of the IT department
• Provide general administrative support to the Department and team members as required

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR Administrator if you have:

• Strong organisational and planning skills
• High degree of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail and string problem-solving
• Team spirit and a collaborative work ethic

• Where you will work: Endeavour House, Admiralty Road, Great Yarmouth
• Fulltime job: The position of HR Administrator is a fulltime role, 37.5 hours per week
